🏠 租金上涨通知 (Notices of Rent Increase)
N1 Notice of Rent Increase通知租客房租上涨（适用于常规住宅单元）。
N2 Notice of Rent Increase (Unit Partially Exempt)通知租客租金上涨（适用于部分免于租金管制的单元，如新建楼盘）。
N3 Notice to Increase the Rent and/or Charges for Care Services and Meals用于提供照护服务或膳食的租赁单位（如老人公寓），通知服务或餐费上涨。
N10 Agreement to Increase the Rent Above the Guideline房东与租客双方同意的超出年度指导线的租金上涨协议。
🚫 终止租约通知 (Notices of Termination)
N4 Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent 因未支付租金提前终止租约（常见类型）。
N5 Notice to End Tenancy for Interfering with Others, Damage or Overcrowding因租客影响他人生活、损坏房屋或过度居住而发出的终止通知。
